Notes:

Got Yeast started at 10 min. into mash-worked out great but may want to start earlier.

Mash temp was spot on @ 152

Had trouble cooling wort. Need to look into sub pump to connect to wort chiller to decrease time.

Appearance: Golden, straw color, fluffy white head.

Aroma: Orange and grapefruit.

Flavor: Wheat, with orange and citrus hop flavor.

Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel, good carbonation
